Historical protagonists of kinetic art vs. a well-known contemporary artist. A clash / meeting. A meeting / clash. An open dialogue between contrasting poetics. The denial of the centrality of the man-artist in order to make indisputable protagonist the programmed artwork and the simulated worlds of man of the new millennium, whose contours are traced by biotechnologies and pharmaceutical and agro-food multinationals. The essence of artistic reflection, both for the operators of kinetics / programmed and for De Paris, the centrality of scientific and technological instances and the use of techno-industrial materials such as plastic, glass, noble metals and intangible elements such as light, Space, movement (real or artificial). Although distant aesthetic-formal results, absolute freedom of interpretation, the tangibly democratic will to develop an open mindset, placing the spectator at the center of the determination of the technologically built artwork.
